Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of 
downloadable files, we do not offer refunds once the file has 
been delivered. If you experience a technical issue, contact 
us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We accept return requests for physical items within 14 days 
of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and 
packaging.

To initiate a return contact: tikabohstore@gmail.com with 
your order number and reason for return.

The following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used items
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital downloads

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the 
returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or 
you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of 
delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue 
a full refund at no cost to you.
